We scope out what you're building
A meeting to understand what you're looking to do and which engagement model fits, MVNO as a Service, Select Your Services, Platform API Access, or MVNE as a Service.
NDA
A mutual NDA is put in place
Before any detailed information changes hands in either direction, we get a mutual non-disclosure agreement executed.
Qualification Questionnaire
You complete the MVNO/MVNE questionnaire
A structured questionnaire covering your business model, financial position, and operational readiness. This is what lets us understand your business well enough to structure the right agreement.
Verification & Validation
We review and validate what's been submitted
Nothing moves to contract until this step is complete. We verify the information in the questionnaire before any pricing or paperwork goes out.
Proposal
You receive the MSA and a pricing proposal
If approved, you'll get our standard MSA, which is non-negotiable, along with a pricing proposal built around the engagement model and services you selected. This is for your review before anything is signed.
Signature
The full agreement goes out for execution
Once the proposal is agreed, the complete MSA, pricing, and all exhibits are sent for signature.
Deposit & Onboarding Intake
Work begins
Upon execution, you'll pay the required deposit and complete the Onboarding Intake Form. Work starts as soon as the deposit is received.
